Personally I think that Hotel Chocolat should offer chocolate making courses but it’d be such a major departure from their main business that it’d just take too many resources to get going. They could, for example, focus on the higher end of the chocolate making party market by offering themed evenings where people can get to know their range of chocolates and then use a range of materials in people’s own homes.
